Opportunity Goals: Create a residential /small business security sales program implementing foundations of current training program.
Responsibilities:
- Initially walk the walk to show competency and to meet personal goals.
- Work within budgets.
- Be creative, intelligent and innovative in building opportunity.
- Hiring qualified candidates to achieve a manageable number of sales professionals.
- Perform basic HR activities such as background checks and substance testing on sales reps.
- Training sales representatives and setting goals for them to succeed.
Compensation Plan: Negotiable
Residential/Small Business Sales Representatives
Qualifications: Sales representatives will be responsible for generating new sales for both residential and small business accounts.
This position requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a "can do" attitude. Strong communication skills and enthusiastic drive are essential. A minimum of a High School education is required. Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. High possibility for promotion to sales management for the right candidate.
Salary: Commission Sales/Negotiable
